Since updating (automatic) from Android 6 to 7 my heart rate monitor Polar H7 (Smart Bluetooth 4) no longer works with my BV6000.
The app "Polar Beat" see the Polar H7 but indicate "Low Battery" and do not shows the heart rate.
Other applications that worked well under Android 6 no longer recognizing the Polar H7 under Android 7 on the BV6000.
The battery is new.
Before, under Android 6, it worked perfectly on the BV6000.
With my tablet Asus (Android 5.1) the Polar H7 is well recognized and still works perfectly.

Is there any solution ?

Yes, I have already tried this, as well as uninstall and reinstall the application.
I also wrote to Polar Belgium and they replied that some combination "Smartphones/Android 7" had problems with the Polar H7.

I have a BV6000, with Android version 6.0.
Yesterday I have bought a PolarH7 sensor. The phone sees it, I have paired them in the Bluetooth menu (I deleted, than repaired again several times). The application (sportractive.com, developed also for PolarH7) also sees the sensor, but the heart rates are not coming. To be sure, I have replaced the battery in the sensor, no change. The Polar application does not see the sensor.
What am I doing wrong?

I have bought a PolarH7 sensor, and it is not working with my BlackviewBV6000 (my phone has Android 6.0).
It can connect via bluetooth but the heart-rate signal is not coming. I have tried the sensor with another smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J5, Android 6.0.1), and it`s working perfectly, so the problem is somewhere with my Blackview.
One difference is that my Blackview sees the sensor only as a Bluetooth 2.0 device, while the Samsung sees it as a Bluetooth 4.0 device.
Please help me!

I have a Blackview BV6000, with Android 6.0. I have bought a Polar H7 heart-rate sensor, and it is not working. The phone and the application is paired with the sensor, but the heart rates are not coming. This afternoon my BV6000 ask me to do an update, so I let it to do it and when it reboot the Android version still be 7.0
Only the build number seems to be changed (V01_20170414)

But the Polar H7 still does not work !

Mihok, when my BV6000 was under Android 6 it worked well with the Polar H7.
The problem appeared after the update to Android 7.0

Do you think this problem will be fixed soon or do I have to buy a new phone?

I realized that on my phone the PolarH7 is not working with Android 6 only when the wi-fi is turned on. If it is turned off, everything is fine. Thank you for your information, I will refuse the device to update to Android 7.
