BV6000 mainboard replacement

I need a mainboard for replacement. can you provide it? or if send the device to you, do you repair it at my expense?

Hi there,
My bv6000 has got problem last week, just after three weeks from arriving, I talked to Gearbest customer service but after a long time negotiation they finally gave me 30 USD refund for a smartphone that I paid 201.34 USD !!! which is ridiculous!! I took the phone to the repair store then got a response that they need to replace the mainboard but it is not available here in Canada. then talked to Gearbest customer service but got an answer that they can not supply the part. I kindly request you to provide the part for me because the phone is unusable with out that part. Absolutely I will pay for that. Here is a video link on youtube.

Hi shahryarkh,

My BV6000 never start with charger connected.
Try after disconected charger.

Hi admin,
I tried all your recommendations and others as well but nothing changed. I'm sure the mainboard has a problem and should replace it.I already contacted to the online shop but the solution was a partial refund. Please provide me the mainboard. the phone is useless just after three weeks.
