@blackview_admin,

You always have the same answer, wait ... wait ... and us, we keep our phones with dammaged screen, dammaged speakers, etc ... etc ...
Also, seems no solutions from different sellers ...
Also, no solution from BV service (many mails without answer)
Users like me, begin to be tired of this attitude !
Now we just need real solutions and not your usual promises (copy and paste each time)

I waited long and got the answer from AE Smartphone Center that sold me the BV6000:

Dear friend
We only fix it in the first 3 month
Then we only fix the software in one year
And we do not fix man made damage
But u can send us a video to YouTobe and share us the link.
https://www.youtube.com/
We can help u to find the problem of the phone
If we can not help u
Hope u can find a repair store to fix it
Laura

3 months? How about ONE YEAR WARRANTY? Software repair? I get it through OTA. Admin, can BV help with this case?

The seller requires to BUY warranty. I civilized world one year warranty is a standard, the customer may buy extended warranty sometimes.

What is the screen problem?
If you have the swollen battery, you must replace a new battery from the online shop.
