I don't know if another fellow BV6000 owners have experienced this but since upgrading to 20170223, the OS 7.0 tends to disable my live wallpaper. I have installed and uninstalled various live wallpaper apps to verify if it's the app. Unfortunately, it's wasn't the case.

Not an issue any longer. How do I access the "whitelist"?

In the main settings menu you'll find something like "Cleaning tasks in background" (I have non-english language set) and there will be a list of apps that you don't want the system to shut down automatically to save energy.
