I too have had this problem since the first time I recorded a video with my Blackview BV6000.

The clicking sound when recording video with the back camera is so loud and frequent that it's as good as useless. As far as I'm concerned my BV6000 doesn't have a working back camera since it's not actually usable for anything.

There is no such clicking sound or problem with the front camera.

Not that it matters since this is clearly a design / part defect, my location is Sweden.

Hello, Blackview staff.

I have the same problem ...
A lot's of weird clicking sounds when recording a video.
Exist a solution? An updated firmware for correct the stabilization of the camera?

Here is the screenshot you where asking for.

I just got my replacement mainboard for my second bv6000 device which has the latest Android V6.0 installed and there I have exactly the same problem.

Im just wondering why the Video recording using the Line app is working without any problems.
Just record a Video and send it to someone. No clicking sounds or anything. Crystal clear sound.

Also when I take voice records the sound is great. Must be a software issue I think!

If you change video setting to meeting mode the noise disappears, but you have to change it every time you wanna recording video.
