Can't turn on after few inchs of dropping the phone

Dear Admin

I bought my BV6000 two weeks ago ,and yesterday I accidentally drop it on the dinner table since then It has stopped working.. Please help :cry:

Hi friend, please check if battery is connected well with the phone after dropping.

How do I check if the battery is connected? Do I have to unscrew it?
