I'm having problem how to do local update because my recovery mode is appearing in chinese. It looks just like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwpUyc7ig5w Where should I go to apply the update from SD card? I have no idea.

I tried to flash older firmware with sp flash tool, but there was some driver problem and sp flash tool didn't recognize phone. I already brought it to local phone fix center and they also couldn't flash it with computer. I have to update firmware because I have that same malware problem as other people here and phone periodically installs random softwares.

I did it! I put the firmware zip file to the internal storage, opened the phone, then went to update->local update and searched for zip file. That's it. Phone started then doing firmware update. So I did not use recovery mode. Fingers crossed that this will solve my problem and those random softwares won't be installed anymore.

I don't know why my reply is not showing here so I do new reply. I managed to solve my problem. I put the firmware zip file to the internal storage via my computer. After that I opened the phone, went to update section and there was option local update. I selected the zip file and phone started doing firmware update. Now my recovery mode is also appearing in english. I also did factory reset. Phone has not installed any random softwares after that.
