We will continue processing this problem which happened before January 2017 (We published notice on FB , sending email to service@blackview.hk before January 2017, after verification you can get free replacement about speaker accessories. On FB notice it has mentioned deadline, we already started to ship these accessories, but need to be done in batches), now we has sent 58 yellow mobile speaker accessories, the tracking number will be notified the consignee by email.
