Hello, my phone working only one day. He came before the same Christmas, I wanted to update the latest version. It was not an OTA update. So I downloaded the update to the phone. Here there is a problem, because i did not check where data saved the installation file is only clicked install. Data install the phone memory (instead on memory card). After the update could see only a black screen phone itself, turning it on and you could see in the background that it is. I decided to install the update for Windows unfortunately the operation even though it was OK nothing to give, and even worsened the situation. Phone unresponsive or charger, or any other maneuvers (attempt to reset, etc.). I even tried to unhook the battery, but it did not help.
Do you have any ideas?

The same Experience to me. Bootloop after ota-downgrade to 6.0 - 20161025 ! Where ist the solution!? Who is reponsible for such a super-fault. There are a lot ot threads without unblievable unclear and unfunctional instructions !
