FOTA update problem!

Hi, My device FOTA aplication dont seems the 7.0 update files? İt shows my phone updated.But it is still 6.0.

You may not update successfully.
Please follow the steps and try again：
Enter into setting--about phone--wireless updating--search for the latest version.

No, It didint seems the new files,

The update don't work for Versions before 20161025.
