Upgrade problem (FOTA 7.0)

a link for last android 7.0 ? not the beta?

Please help!! have the same problem!!
- download zip file is ok
- unzip the file is ok
- restart does not work, it`s hanging for some hours
- manual restart start with old version (android 6)

tried it four times, does not work.
tried a local update with downloaded .zip file -> hanging in restart too

are there some ideas what is to do???

I have a similar problem, update is not possible!!

1. dowload zip file is ok
2. unzip file seems to be ok
3. automatic restart does not work (waiting some hours)
4. after manual restart it is booting the old system (android 6)

I tried it four times, an i try a local update with downloaded .zip file,
same result. No update

Are there some ideas what is to do???

there is no possibility to set ring volume rising during incomming call, after update to 7. or I can not find this ring setting?

there is a special one for Blackview scroll down to Andere Hersteller" on the next Page you find Blackview
On the next side there is a special one for the BV6000.

Update,
Phone is going ahead to RESTART but stays there forever.
I sure Mr. Admin got a advice.

You may not update successfully.
Please follow the steps and try again：
Enter into setting--about phone--wireless updating--search for the latest version.
