Hi, I tried 2 times writing to service@blackview.hk about spare part to fix OTG but without any respond. Please check this out admin

So to fix this problem, i have to asembly and install it?
What if im not used to build phones or a technician?

I have the same problem, the OTG functionality in my BV6000 does not work.
What is the solution?

Hi, you can send an email to service@blackview.hk to get a OTG board replacement.
You should make your email theme as "OTG Problem"
And in your email the following information should be inlcuded.
1) Your detail shipping address.
2) Your user name in this forum
3) Your phone imei number.
After information comfirmed, we will ship the replacement timely.
