I need spare parts of OTG support, can you send me please? @blackview admin
Thanks

I bought at ebay a replacement part for the USB board and I changed it but the new board fails the same as the original.
So I need a new board from BlackView but I have a new problem: I broke with the soldering iron the connection band from the USB card to the microphone and now the micro do not work.
The micro and its connection to the band is in the middle of a white protection glue so it is impossible to replace only the band, I need to change the micro with its band. I can pay for the micro and band with Paypal or credit card.
I wonder if you can send me a new USB board with the micro and the connection band already soldered because I am affraid that I can broke it one more time.
Thanks and best regards

I sent a email to service, it says that they need to look if I "qualify" to send me a new board.
What's the meaning of this? I need to pass some kind of test to see if I can get a spare? It's incredible...
Good words but no responsibility.

Soldering microphone was hardest part. I suggest to check microphone at voice recorder, before you close case of BV6000. I need to redo soldering job twice to make it working. Battery removal was not necessary, just unplugging it from board.
