You don't need to remove the battery. The microphone part is a bit tricky, test it before closing

Can I get a replacement part?
I have emailed service only for Alston to refer me to the BBS....

Send an email to service@blackview.hk

Make the email theme " OTG problem solving"

And please write the IMEI number and purchase number and you shipping adress (Name, country, city , detailed adress , zip code, contact number )
in the email.
