Hi
Thanks but...
I already have this rom...
same problem...
Sorry... another solution?

P.S. I don't have reset the phone after update... I should do it?
THanks

Setting menu-developer option, then recalibrate the proximity sensor.

Sorry but with the latest firmware there isn't developer option inside menu... (firmware version 20161011)

P.S.: I have enabled developer option and recalibrate proximity sensor but... nothing... same problem

Here's how to calibrate the proximity sensor.

See the album google photo (read comment on the screenshots).

Its just a shitty sensor that has been used. I have the same Issue on the BV6000 and on the BV6000s as well.
I think the sensor range is way to small. On all other phones I had the sensor detected objects that where 5cm away.
Even you calibrate it, the main problem is the bad sensor.

That`s the case with most of the sensors on this phone, they are just not good. As i posted multiple times and got censored here.

Calibration doesn't help. The problem with the sensor OR screen is turned on with some new notification when you are talking. And then ear touches Airplane mode, or Pause or other funny buttons.

Video comparing working BV6000 and broken BV6000 proximity sensors:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8NYcs-Yo5E

Root cause:
Proximity sensor is good. Rubber part covering sensor is really poor quality and it has a gap just above sensor causing light leaks.

Workaround:
Disassemble the phone. If you turn upside down this rubber part covering proximity, then proximity range changes from 0-80 to 0-200. It is not 0-255 as it supposed to be but it is much better.?

The only solution:
New working rubber part to be sent to all affected users.

Thank you! This problem is really annoying.

Is it difficult to disassemble and then return phone to life? :)
