Hi,

Send an email to service@blackview.hk to ask for a free OTG spare part replacement.
Make your email theme or title as " OTG problem".
And don't forget to tell your receiving address and username in this forum in the email.

Interesting, somebody already received promised spare USB module? I was one of first who asked and nothing!

We failed to know which email is from you.
you should mention your forum username in the email,
and make the theme as "OTG problem".

They mention in mail that you have to be patient :D
I have received what I suppose is a tracking number after 14 days.
