Please send an email to service@blackview to ask for a free OTG spare part replacement.

Shipment is impossible with only a Username from here. And after that "Alston" doesnt reply anymore...

If you need to free replacement for the OTG spare part, please
send an email to service@blackview.hk

And please to know make your email theme or title as "OTG problem"
And you should tell both your receiving address and username of this forum in the email.
