Good afternoon, I have a bv6000 blackview from August , yesterday afternoon it was 11% battery, connect it to the charger and trailed off, I could not turn it any way. I have not given any blow, or been wet, alone and only trailed off and I can not turn it on. What I can do? almost has only one month of use, it is incredible that this could happen, please need a solution as soon as possible

Before you find it can not turn it on ,how long you have charged it ? with our standard charger ?
