Sinds yesterday my BV6000 went dead after i plugged it into my pc for some foto exchange.
IT stays at 0% witch charging even wen i charge it 12 hours . and my touchscreen doesnt react anymore.
Already tried a hard reset . Please help or how does it work with the warrenty ?

just the touchscreen can not react ? the phone can power on /off ?
And you charge it 12 hours with the standard charger?

i had same problem, the reason was a broken solder on the usb connector.

me too. Dead phone after reaching . Maybe the soldering isn't good enough

if it meet the warranty itme , you can contact your seller for repair.
