Dark image in 3rd app for video call

When I video call with Skype, Line or any video call apps it is very dark but when I open Camera app it is very bright. Even if I download app from Play Store like mirror or camera app it is very dark. So the problem is not with the hardware it is with the Software.

What could that be, and how to solve the issue?

Hi,

you can try a factory reset first.
