BV5900 Doesn't Ring When Receiving Calls

BV5900 Doesn't Ring When Receiving Calls

It's as though it's on Do not disturb.
Vibrates once, shows who is calling, then that's it.

Ringer volume is full with a regular ring sound selected.
No other audio issues
It's not on do-not-disturb

Ideas? Can't use it if I don't know when someone is calling me.
