Google Play services

I have accidentally managed to uninstal Google play services> I have tried to reinstall it but when I go to my google play app it says it is installed even though there is no sign of it on the phone. I contacted google they took me through a few steps but none of them worked is there a way to reinstall google play srevices without a factory restet.
