I tried to update my a8 yesterday, everything went well except in the update it said ERROR while updating.. i restarted the phone and the only thing i see now is Blackview logo in the screen for hours.

How do i fix this problem? is there any way to get off this issue? thanks.

Try to hard reset the device: hold vol+ and power --> then recovery (here you will se dead andoid (no command) press power and vol + --> wipe data/factrory reset ----> yes/delete all user data. after than reboot the device and you are done!!!

Admin please explain us what cause this problem.
