After OTA: No command and bricked. What now?

Hi

I just updated my A8 with OTA and all went well (No errors) but after rebooting by itself after installing the upate:
android-Logo with red "!" and "No command"

How can i fix it? Flash it? with what? How?

Now the phone can be power on ? if yes , you can try a flash it.
