Today 07 May 2016 an ota update has appeared on my A8. I have downloaded via wifi, everything ok but when the A8 was updating, in the reboot operation, sudenly stooped and a black screen only with the logo come up blocking my A8. I waited for 2 hours and nothing changed.

I don't know why and what to do.

I have the same problem.
I take off the battery when appear the Black screen with the Error. Next, I turn on the phone and appear the logo of "Blackview" but don't happen anything. It takes ten minutes so.

Please help, I bought the phone 3 days ago...

I have the same problem, my A8 it's blocked with the logo of "Blackview" on a black screen. Please fix that. I bought the mobile at 3 days ago.

The new OTA upgrade will help to solve this problem.

Is posible to get an ota update with the phone blocked like that? How?

How suposse to be update my A8 if I can't turn on....

how to download the new OTA if the phone is not included?

we will provide the rom here, and if your smartphone can not turn on, you can choose to flash it.
