Low Volume - can't hear interlocutor

Hi,
I have latest firmware in BV2000S - the problem is very low volume of hte speaker. While I talk to someone I almost can't hear anything although it is max volume. I think it is soft problem - not hardware. Please - can you make some patch for this problem? Maybe new upgrade? Or some code that will increase speaker's volume????
