only shows the blackview logo

I bought the phone 2 days ago and already I have a big problem. I'm going to explain it.
I leave the phone the phone in the bedtable, and suddenly the screen turned on, but with black background.
The phone doesn't work, so I extract the battery and put it again. Then I turn on the phone, shows the backview logo, and later shows the same black background, and doesn't work.
I don't know what to do, because I don't found how to do a hard reset.
Please I need a solution because I'm uncommunicated.
