I received my BV2000, model B2, the other day and it updated to ROM BV2000_B2_Blackview_20160111 by OTA. I have noticed an issue with wireless data that should be fixed and a new ROM released.

When you switch the data connection to SIM 2 the phone switches no problem, but the APN settings are still for ROM 1. So if you use SIMs from different carriers, as most people with a dual SIM phone do, even though the second SIM is selected it cannot connect to data service with the carrier. The only way to get data is to physically switch SIMs in the phone. It seems that if the phone has an option to switch the SIMs for data, then the APN settings should be for the correct sim and is corresponding MCC and MNC. But this is not the case as regardless of which SIM is selected for data APN settings are always only for SIM 1.

Please address this issue with your engineers so this issue can be corrected a an updated ROM released that fixes this issue.

A new version of the rom came by OTA today. I had a problem that X Launcher kept crashing. Luckily I was able to go into settings and clear cache and data for X Launcher and get it working correctly.

But my main issue is this. This OTA said it was to fix bugs. But this bug I reported was not addressed and this issue persists. Why wasn't this issue resolved with this rom update? So disappointed Blackview.
