Hi - I have just received my new BV2000 (LTE version, not BV2000S). I installed a micro SIM on SIM2, but it only shows it receives 3G. When I put this SIM in another phone, it receives LTE without an issue.

Does SIM2 support LTE?

both sim can card support the 4G network , how about sim 1 . your sim 1 can receive 4G network ?
