update problem

hello raga I have in bv2000 just that I have, and I got the notification problem that there an update for the phone bv2000 b2 blackview 20,130,526 downloads it extracts it, and when you go to install the phone reboots and comes out the little man with the word error and adroid no update ... what can I do

before the update if you have checked if your device is B2 model ?

Did you have check if your device is B2 model before the update ?

Добрый день. Обновил BV 2000 до 20170410. Перестала работаnь 4g связь.
как откатится до прежней прошивки?
