In my BV2000 is low volume ear speaker and normal spaker mainly during a call. Normally that would like to add too. How fix it? In egineer mode posible? Fw is last update.

But could you confirm if you want to say there is a low volume of Ear Speaker during theh call ?

Only volume during call. After update FW it's better.
