The phone does not have 4G coverage. I tried the sim card in another phone and and it works the 4G coverage . The Blackview phone has 4G enable but the notification bar only shows the indicator 3G, I do not know what happens

could you check if your smartphone is BV2000 or BV2000S ? they are so similar, but bv2000s can not suport 4G.

OK, my model is BV2000, I'm sure about it. On other phones that I have the same company 4G signal appears but does not appear in the BV2000

I'm sure that my model is BV2000 with 4G support.

That has happened to me after upgrading. Do you have updated?

If the 4G signal is weak then the phone will revert to a 3G signal.
