PC suite for BV2000 & BV5000

I have both a BV2000 & BV5000. Where can I download a PC suite/interface (Windows 7) for each phone?
Also, my BV2000 has been reset to factory defaults, how can I load firmware compatible with Australian mobile phone networks?
