How can tell if we have the B2 model?

I have successfully downloaded the above firmware for my BV2000. But I cannot undertsand how to flash it to my phone? Please could you provide detailed instructions on how to flash it manually? Thank you.

I just received my phone today and within minutes of wifi being logged in the phone notified of an OTA update to this ROM. It downloaded and installed perfectly. Was very surprised this phone had OTA update capabilities.

The current version is BV2000_B2_Blackview_20160111

I just want the stock rom so I can restore my phone back to new, at anytime.
