Hi, I had the same problem. You are probably using another usb cable. The one supplied by Blackview has a longer usb metal male connector. I tried to use my other usb cables and the same would happen, I had to cut the plastic around the tip behind the metal connector to be able to stick in the plug ...

No, the 4G is at max, it is a software bug on the phone where it after a while just turns off both receiving antennas on each sim card and reboots the antenna signal.
Please fix this with an update.

when uncompromising the zip file.
