Re: [TRACKED] very very slow charging

Current update should fix such issue. If you don't get the OTA update, perform a factory reset and try again. After each update please remember to perform a factory reset to avoid weird issues. I got that update. No change but I seem to be getting 'fast charge' by using a 3rd party fast C type cabl...

Can you please try it with a fast charging 3rd party charger? It is needed to rule out which one is the culprit between phone or charger.

In the UK I'm finding it very difficult to source a 3rd party charger plug that conforms to the Mediatek Pump Express

What we like about the BV9500

It's struck me that most/all of the threads here are about problems that we are having with our 9500s. I thought that it might be nice to have a thread about what we find to be good regarding the phone. I've found the battery life to (obviously) be very good (5 days). The speaker is really loud, don...

Re: USB-C Wall Charger plug rating for BV9500?

It would be great if sellers on Amazon etc actually mentioned what charging protocol their plugs use! Grrrr!

Re: [TRACKED] very very slow charging

7 hours charging last night got my phone from 17% to 44%!
This isn't "fast charge" imo.
I'm a little disappointed!
Is this a software issue or simply hardware being sub standard in some way?

Re: Recent update causing problems with apps staying on

I think I've fixed this.
Settings>Smart Assistant>Power Save Manager  &   add whatever you don't want disabled automatically to the white list.
Seems to work so far..........

Recent update causing problems with apps staying on

I'm wondering if yesterdays (7th Oct 2018) update is causing anyone else any problems.
Since yesterdays update my ESET NOD32 mobile security keeps being disabled. I've reinstalled it but it still happens.
Edit: It's also disabled googles automatic voice recognition.....
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Reboot

I get that when I launch one of my apps. I therefore don't use that app anymore.
