For me i needed to use  OTG/USB mouse for solve unresponding TWRP screen  with complete root success. (android 7)

Hello Sil, I confirm, you need to turn off the phone before connect the BV6000 to the PC for flashing a ROM. It's normal : the PC recognize the device through the USB connection even if the device is power off  ... Don't be afraid ! Don't forget to unselect userdata in Sp Flash tool if you want to k...
