Do you mean the touch buttons at the bottom (home, back, ..)? Because I seem to have the same issue. Until now I assumed just a loose connector...

Re: Newest android on bv6000?

Did you find a solution? What's the latest Android you're running on the BV6000?

Re: No answer for my problem on BV6000s ?

Maybe it's just a firmware issue. You could try using "MTK Engineering Mode" (there's an app for it) and check the mic volume values. There are manuals for this on the internet.

I have the same. Might this be just a software glitch?

Re: Rooted problem

BV2000 don't support a Pokenon go. This game needs gyroscope. Pokemon Go works fine without gyroscope. Only the "augmented reality" view doesn't work. The problem it's not starting is the same: Pokemon thinks the phone is rooted. ;) The solution about the test-keys issue was posted alread...

Re: Rooted problem

Pokemon Go doesn't start anymore because of this. It's pretty amateurish by Niantic to detect the phone as rooted but I guess it wouldn't happen, if the firmware had the correct flags set.

Strange cracking noise

Hi, since a few days the BV6000 randomly makes some loud cracking noise. It's a single "krrk" and I assume it's the speaker (what else). It happens regardless of the phone's state, whether the phone is being used or the display is off. Also the sound or volume config has no effect, it stil...

Re: lose control while charging

I have a charger where it also happens. But other phones have problems too with it. Some smartphones aren't usable at all while being plugged in. The BV6000 has issues and sometimes doesn't react but it seems to handle an unstable source better than other phones. The original Blackview charger works...
