Does anyone knowbif you need root access to flash the previous version?

These guys have really screwed up. The more days pass the worse this gets. They need to release a rollback ota 5.1 option and rebuild the 6 release.

I did get an answer from facebook messaging assuring me Blackview have seen the complaints and are acting. Hopefully a solution will come out soon.

This problem is global blackview, reduced performance, no charging/low charging. Hours & hours lost time from professional people. My device is also painfully slow and wont charge.

How do i roll back to the previous version?

I cannot use this phone anymore and it is only one month old.

As above, I've lost the ability to charge and the device is significantly slower. I've already factory reset the phone and there was no improvement.

This is a real shame. Any ideas?
