I think it is better if you tell us Android 9.0 is coming to current BV9600 Pro users..and provide the 9.0 updates here.

I also experienced the same problem. This phone sometimes restarts itself. two days ago I reset it using the latest sp flash tools and latest bv9600 pro firmware. now the problem is settled. I'm not sure if this problem will arise again or not..but I expect blackview to issue a new firmware with bug...
