When connected BV6000 to Windows10 64bit, then the smartphone is not seen in my computer. Please give the drivers.

When the BV6000 is put to charge (using the original charger or laptop USB-port), both SIM-card where 2G-mode is selected, no longer see the mobile network. But if the phone is removed from the charge - mobile networks available again. Why? What could be wrong? I am using the latest official firmwar...
