Yes same for me, back to my Acer phone, never again with Blackview :
- never get reply to 2 requets by email
- never get reply on skype, even being blocked
- no reply here on this forum

They are 3 links, the first one indicate V1.5, but I tried it yesterday and end up with corrupted file when trying to flash the rom with SP_Flash_Tool_v.5.xx I don't remember if I did "Download" or "Firmware update"... What is the best choice "Firmware update" I guess.....
