where can i find repair parts for Blackview bv2000s

Hi, i want to buy a new Front Ear Speaker Earpiece. I received my phone with a defected one. i google it , but i can find anywhere. i can only find for the BV5000. is it the same one? thank you

Poor sound

hi . I received my BV2000s 3 days ago. All good, exept the sound. Very poor , very low sound. you can barelly hear the other person talking. Is there something i can do? Maybe an update? or it is hardaware problem? thank you
