No. My french mobile operator said us that volte is available, but each constructor (here blackview) must authorize volte for each sim type (here SIMS Free) by updates:

The BL6000 Pro has Volte and vowifi available, but seems not working or integrated by my "Free Mobile" operator.
Could it be possible to confirm this support by Blackview? (at less volte, which is in test actually by this operator)

Same problem for me, even with battery optimisation off for the applications i want to keep.

Duraspeed seems not in the android 11 update, but i'm trying a solution with desactivating ram fast option. (maybe him the responsable?)
