Bv6100 headphones not working

Hello.
On my BV6100 the 3.5m Jack connector doesn't work. I try to plug my headphones but the cable still won't go in.
Is there any way to do it or it's faulty?
I know this phone is ip68 protected but this means you cannot use headphones?
