Just took delivery of 4 BV5100 pro phones primarily because of the Barcode scanner.  I thought I could just click in the input area of my software, press the scan button, and have the information from the barcode put in that field.  Apparently the barcode scanner is not set up as an input device.  ...

As currently programmed the scanner offers no value to the phone, and if we had known the limited functionality of the scanner we would not have purchased 4 of these devices, and until this scanner functions the way it should we will not be purchasing more devices, or recommending the phone to anyon...
