I have been in touch with support ,and done a speaker test which was a fail , they are now shipping me a new loud speaker for me to fit , great service from Blackview 

Thank you for that , i will contact support as its in warranty , i do not mind having it fitted here by a repairer if they send me one
 

Hi from the UK , Very happy with my BV9800PRO  but one problem has developed where the load speaker has become very distorted , Can this be fixed , phone is 5 months old approx.
