No. When will this get fixed OTA? This is already the second brand new device that doesn't work correctly, after I had to return the first one.

Just want to interject that my TAB8 shows the same buggy behavior. Have to press'n'hold Volume-Up and Power to restart it, otherwise it ends in a boot loop.
