I got a BV6300 and I cannot add the  3 button on bottom of screen  ( recent Home back)  how to manage this?
do I need to factory reset the phone  or any more easy going solution ?

My first post here, I did buy 2 phone  for my school  : here the issue :
I cannot connect  my phone  via USB  to the Computer or  
power management is OK ( batterie is loading also if I'm connected to PC)
tried several  USB cables already
really strange
