This is caused by a problem within the APK itself. The system is not enabling the app to create "cf.zip" 

Setting "setenforce 0" enables the app to get a small bit further in loading and still crashes.

I just downlaoded the newest ROM from the Blackview website.  After flashing it with SP Flash Tool, everything seems to be working on the ROM except for the MyFlir app. I keep getting a message that says "Unable to Read Camera Files".  After that, the app stops.   Is there a fix for this? ...
